About this policy

This policy explains how NESTRA handles information collected through nestrahome.com.au during the pre-launch of The Veiled Order. It covers launch reservations, website measurement, advertising attribution and communications with you.

Information we collect

When you make a launch reservation, we collect:

• your first name and email address;
• your Australian postcode and preferred design;
• your consent to receive NESTRA launch and marketing emails;
• the date, time and source of the reservation; and
• campaign information such as UTM parameters and referrer.

The website also records a device-local session identifier and interactions such as section views, product views and reservation steps. If you allow analytics and advertising tags, Google and Meta may also receive website usage, browser, device, cookie and advertising-attribution information under their own privacy terms.

Why we use information

• to save and manage your launch preference;
• to send launch news you agreed to receive;
• to understand demand, design preference and regional interest;
• to measure and improve website and advertising performance;
• to prevent duplicate, invalid or abusive submissions; and
• to respond to questions and privacy requests.

A reservation is not an order. NESTRA will not charge you or create a purchase obligation from the information submitted on this site.

Cookies and tracking choices

Essential browser storage supports the reservation flow and keeps a device-level session identifier. Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags load only after you select “Allow analytics & ads”. You can reopen “Privacy choices” from the website footer and change your selection for that browser.

Who may process information

NESTRA may use service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process information only for the services they supply and may operate infrastructure outside Australia. Optional analytics and advertising providers presently include Google and Meta when their tags are enabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the website, comply with law or respond to a lawful request.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the pre-launch, customer communication, market analysis, security and legal purposes described above. We then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Reasonable technical and organisational steps are used to protect the information, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Email preferences

You can unsubscribe through the link in a NESTRA marketing email or contact us directly. Transactional replies to a request you make may still be sent where necessary to respond to you.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw from marketing, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Contact us at hello@nestrahome.com.au. Please provide enough detail for us to identify and respond to your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the collection moves from market test to launch or as our services change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
